Job description
We are looking for professionals having total experience between 3 – 7 years in IT or Non IT recruitments. Out of total experience, minimum 1-3 years should be in handing a team and also managing client accounts independently.
Job purpose:
This job will exclusively focus on managing IT / Non IT requirements for Fortune 500 MNC / Start ups / MNC Captives / Indian software companies and all verticals across various skills including the ones at mid management level. At one hand, this role will be required to manage a team (give strategic direction to the team) while the incumbent will also contribute substantially in sourcing & closing the mandates and on the other hand, he / she will manage the clients independently. This job will also require the person to own center of excellence for delivery for designated areas. Our customer base is mainly Fortune 500 MNCs, Start Ups, MNC Captives & SMEs.
Main KRAs would be:
1. Plan & execute the client deliverables.
2. Own the client requirements and delight the customer with quality & timely delivery.
3. Manage the Key / Large Client Accounts.
4. Deliver on business & team objectives and meet overall quality parameters.
5. Responsible for managing the client & their expectations.
6. Build a world class delivery excellence center for superb execution.
7. Responsible for total teams’ sourcing, screening and assessing profiles as per client requirements from various channels, mainly through references and social networking.
8. Guide & motivate the team.
9. Consistently maintain high shortlist to interview to select ratio.
10. Be hands on in above activities and contribute significantly to the total closures.
11. Should have excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non-conventional channels of recruitment.
Desired Skills and Experience
Required qualification, experience and soft skills :
1. Graduate
2. Overall 2-7 years of prior work experience.
3. 1-2 Years’ experience in team handling & independent client management is a must .
4. Involved in end to end recruitment cycle.
5. Must have had managed clients independently and client expectation management.
6. Must have good understanding of technology.
7. Must have prior team management experience.
8. Has an eye for details, results driven and takes the accountability to meet expectations.
9. Has passion to constantly exceed own quality benchmarks and is a self-starter.
10. Communicator with a strong understanding of the business world and has passion for recruitment.
